Easy Potato Curry

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes cut into cubes

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon black mustard seeds

  • 4- 5 Curry leaves

  • 1-2 small fresh chillies-chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder salt to taste

  • Fresh Coriander chopped to garnish

Method

  1. Peel the potatoes and chop them into cubes

  2. Add oil in a pot and heat

  3. Add the black mustard seeds and once it splutters add the curry leaf and chillies

  4. Add chopped potatoes, turmeric and salt

  5. Cook until potatoes are soft

  6. Once cooked, season with cumin powder and with fresh coriander
